Concrete Botch Job - Aggregate dried on top of concrete

I decided to give a concrete slab myself and learned some stuff the hard way. Biggest mistake was not having enough of a crew to help.
I did a stained stamped concrete deck. It turned out alright in most areas, but there are a few areas that the aggregate dried on top. What are my options here? Is a turbo cup on an angle grinder my best option to grind it down?
Would a concrete grinder take care of this kind of defect?

How many concrete jobs have you done before this one? I only ask because to take on a project it's a bad choice... but stamped just adds to it.

You could put a concrete topping on it , Ardex, etc.
