Company for full house deep cleaning

We are putting our house on the market in the next week and we are looking to hire a cleaning crew to come in and clean the place from top to bottom and also shampoo the carpets if possible. I was recommended a place and they were super nice on the phone but my friend had them come to his place yesterday (he is also selling) and he was very disappointed. They didn't even mop the floors or wipe his emptied cabinets. This could be a fluke but I don't know if I want to risk it. Has anyone used a cleaning company in the BTR area that did a full house deep cleaning (good enough to take pics and list your house on the market) that you would recommend?
