Changing out Inverter on Wen Inverter Generator?

Sorry I can't be of help, but I was actually looking at some generators this week since I'd like to get one for future tailgating purposes.
Which one did you get and approximately how many hours have you put on it?

I have this one LINK I only have about 26 hours on it.
My problem with it is when I finally got a transfer switch the 240v would not work. It trips the overload on the generator, so WEN is sending my a new inverter to see if that fixes it.
