Centurytel Security system beeping...

We have a Centurytel security system we that we never actually use. Since the electricity came on the box has been beeping with a 107 code showing. I called C and they said it was a window or door open. I've shut as tight all windows in the house and the thing is still beeping. I also shut off the electricity (and back on) to see if I could "reboot" the system....but beeping continues. Any ideas?

Pretty sure its wired in and no battery. Built the house 16 years ago and never changed a battery, and again pretty sure its wired in.

Battery is bad. They al have a battery for back up. Google style and replace.

Wick and Red, Thanks! I opened up a big metal cabinet type box in my closet and there was a dang battery. Never opened the sucker before. Replaced it and everything is fine. I guess the original battery lasted 17 years.
