Nashville.

I’ve been OCD as heck about it since learning this stuff from ya’ll on here. To the point my GF gets jealous. It’s beautifully frustrating.

Mowing on a clock. But like I said, mowed, then 34-0-0 right after and got a massive 2 day rain shower that did some pooling. I’ve been spot spraying early in the morning with 2-4D/Quinclorac, But making sure I don’t do it on days we go over 90. It’s been pretty cool. Will be investing in celcuis next year along with a pre emergent so hopefully I’m able to take another step.

Yard is starting to look better at this point, since it doesn’t seem to be bugs, I’ll give it another week and see. You’re pretty confident that isn’t fungus like before right? I remember distinct spots when I had it earlier on the year.

Thinking I’ll put some sand/topsoil down as well this weekend. It’s worked very well filling in spots where I dug out Dallisgrass clusters.

Is it brown spot potentially or would I be seeing spots on grass blades?

That is helminthosporium. Leaf spot fungus that attacks bermuda. Your grass doesn't appear to have that. Possibly effects of your herbicide mix and possibly insect damage that have some bermuda recovering.

Take a marker flag and mark the outside edge of the damage. That way you can tell if it is getting larger or not.
