Bought some blueberries (Premier and Tifblue). Looking for advice on how to train as shrubs in my edible front yard. Have searched for websites but haven't found sufficient info. TIA

Trim the tops so they spread sideways???

I tried this once and they don't really look good as a front yard shrub. They get pretty scraggly. The most I would do is maybe some up against a fence on the side of the house.
It is important to remember they like acidic soil so testing the soil is where you want to start. You don't have to buy blueberry specific fertilizer. Anything for azaleas/rhododendrons will do since it will help lower your soil ph. Just don't forget to test soil at least yearly and use a non-acidic fertilizer if the ph is already in that 4.5 area. You can drop it too much.
As always LSUAg is a good resource.
