Below grade waterproofing

This is in my garage, less than 4' below grade. Only saw it because I moved some things around today to make room for a deep freezer. How worried should I be about this?

Had a basement that we finished when I lived in NE Ohio. We painted the cinder blocks with this special paint that had sand in it to waterproof. It worked well for the 9 years I lived in that house.
If you decide to do this, hire it out. After brush painting the entire basement, I couldn't lift my arms above shoulder height for months. That paint is heavy AF and the only way to apply is with a very large brush.

I'd look at BASF HLM 5000 or Xypex Concentrate

I've only experienced water coming through a below grade wall once, and that was along the full width of the wall. Your pic shows just a wet corner. Was the refrigerator in that corner? If so, I'd suspect that moisture from the refrig evaporation pan was condensing on the cooler wall. Just leave more space for ventilation.
My problem really was water coming through the wall due to poor lot drainage. Many things were tried. Eventually a French drain was installed along the exterior wall.

New house builds will spray a black tar on the outside of that wall before back filling. All water intrusion is bad, just differing degrees. If it was my house and it wasn’t that far down to access, I’d have it dug up and sprayed from outside.
