Auto water shutoff systems

Our condo is requiring all owners to purchase an automatic water shutoff system. The building and several residents are purchasing Water Hero. The plumber chosen for the project has experience with FloLogic and Moen Flo.
Do any of you have any experience with any of these systems? I am leaning towards FloLogic but it's considerably more expensive.

In... to learn others' experience with these.

FloLogic detects a leak. The water supply is turned off. You are alerted.

Update:
Ended up with FloLogic (with the optional command module). It was showing flow as soon as it was connected. Then it shut our water off in the middle of the night.
Well...we had a toilet leak. Fixed it and everything seems to be working like it should.

This is interesting to me. I wonder how this would work if you had a lawn sprinkler or something like that in your yard…

You can set the time and flow rate to account for that. Or you can put it in bypass mode if you know you are going to be using a lot of water. Some systems are smart and will learn your usage patterns.

Our municipal(Southlake) water meters have leak detection. Mine has successfully found two small leaks with zero false alarms and I even do tricky stuff like run 12 GPH misters all day in the summer.
