Attic ceiling & wall insulation question

Currently have exposed fiberglass batts in varying condition. Plan to replace the bad places with new batts. In South La.
Question i have is what to place over that. Was thinking of using Reflectix insulation.
Any recommendations or thoughts on this are appreciated.
