Looking to install some large pavers for a walkway and considering the embedded into grass look but figure it might be real trouble keeping edges clean with bermuda wanting to run.

Probably best to surround it with gravel? Anyone had success in doing this and keeping the paver edges clean and visible?

I have an edger, but cutting 4 edges on each paver does not sound appealing during growing season.

Not impossible. Your biggest challenge will be making sure the grade is correct. You want those pavers flush with the top edge of the grass or as close as you can get it

I wouldn't do that unless you mean building a path with steel edging on both sides, setting the stones, and then infilling with gravel

a skilled string trimmer could do this easily
