Anyone have experience building with Drees homes?

Wife and I looking at building in the middle TN area. One of the builders we're looking at is Drees which seems to be a big national builder. Anyone have experience with them?

There is no such thing as a quality national builder.

Schumacher Homes did good on mine. Locked in price and interest rate up front. My house was built in 5.5 months during the lumber crisis. They ordered all materials the day the contract was signed. Lumber prices went up, but my price didn't.
Like with anything, you have to stay on top of it.
