Any idea what bug this is?

There are millions of these tiny little things crawling everywhere in my outdoor storage bin that keeps fertilizer and lawn sprays.

Can you get a closeup picture? Do you have any type of feed in that area? Too small to tell but looks like a weevil

These things were so tiny I couldn’t get a pic without it being even more blurry. They are literally the size of two or three grains of sand. No feed, just fertilizers, and various herbicides. Whatever they are, the Suspend I sprayed wiped them all out.
