Wifi won't load TD, but will load other sites

I keep getting a continuous refreshing and getting this message
net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED
Turn off wifi and loads instantly. No problems loading other sites though

If you post too much truth or patriotism, big tech will target and specifically limit your data usage. It’s either that or try restarting your router / modem.
