Why not a Louisiana High School Football Forum?

Sorry, I am not sure where to post this. I was just wondering why there is no Louisiana Highschool Football Forum?
I know everyone here has a high school team that they like to follow and it seems like it would be nice to have a board to discuss the games.
Any thoughts?
