They nuked a bunch of threads for no reason other than to generate page views (I guess). No preseason basketball thread, no game week football/opponent thread. Nuked a thread of twitter links and light discussion of a bunch of fall Olympic sports like swimming, soccer, volleyball ball and rowing. I guess they want individual threads for random topics. People are pissed.

I like it here and don’t plan on leaving. One of the things I like is the level of moderation. Most Bama boards are run on a day to day to basis by aholes and this place isn’t. The Bama board included. I can acknowledge that but also complain when I think they screw something up.

Why cant we have a thread discussing the upcoming opponent? That makes no sense. We dont want 7 threads with 3 responses each. We want one thread where we can discuss all things under the same topic. This is not rocket science.

With the benefit of hindsight and a little maturity, I can admit that wasn’t my finest hour. But I’m not sure he should a personal vendetta against the entire board. But at least it makes a little more sense now.
