Why am I being blocked for discussing the Texas Travel Restrictions

I am quoting from the Texas DPS website and the Houston Chronicle.
The initial order was just New Orleans and now this morning changed it to all of Louisiana.
But allowing certain commercial, emergency, erc travel.
I thought this was important information for people in LA and Texas to have and to have it correctly.
Please don't over react.

As if 1:31 pm Monday their site still says “The city of NewOrleans”.
Please show me what I said that was not true at the time I said it.
