Fixed.
One other problem when I turn off my computer it take 3-4 times of turning it on for it to turn on.
How can I fix that?

when you press the power button and hear the hard drive first start to spin...hit the right side of the tower with the palm of your hand. i'm not joking. the disk is off kilter. a solid shot with knock it back on track.
if you don't believe me, do a little googling on the topic. it works.
you should also know that the hard drive is one it's last legs. however, mine started doing it occasionally about six months ago and it's still going strong

Throw it on the ground and step on it...it'll work like a charm.
