When I click on a TD link on mobile it should open the mobile site

...not the full site. Can we make this happen?
For example, I clicked on this link on my phone:
And this page opened:
How hard is it to make that link open in mobile view?
If the powers that be can make that happen, it would make TD that much more user friendly on mobile. Please think about it.
