What to do about Ranters on Recruiting Board?

Let me start out by saying the Admin's do a good job. Even caught me before I made a monumental lapse in judgement. My question is how can we stop ranters from ranting on the Recruiting Board? Is there a way to have them banned or solely only able to post in the Rant?

I'm not an admin, but this has been talked about a million times. Its never gonna happen, use your RA button if you think it's a problem.

Yeah, the admins have been great about responding quickly to RA requests on that board as of late.
