Video Ad with Audio Suddenly Started Playing

at the bottom of the page. I could only see the top of the video and some movement. It looked like a cartoon. There was a child's voice saying "trick or treat" over and over again.

Scared the shite out of me. I was not expecting audio from TD site alone and I had speakers turned up from a video earlier.
