Unable to log in on mobile.

I needed to reset my password and I was able to request a temp password and log in using my desktop computer, but I am still unable to log in on my phone. I have tried both the mobile and "desktop" versions of TD on my phone and it will still say "password is incorrect".
I even changed my password again, successfully, on my desktop computer, but it still will not allow me to log in on my phone.
I'm unsure on what is going on, so any help will be appreciated.
