Trying to update Avi/Sig images—keep getting this alert??

I’m hosting using FLICKR as approved/requested, yet it keeps rejecting it saying the host site isn’t approved??

Ok so I have to have a desktop/laptop computer to host an Avi/Sig image? Can’t use a smartphone?

updated - might be able to try these:

for desktop: the page you're on probably has buttons in the bottom right area of the pic area that look like this:
click the far right one, and choose "View all sizes"
choose the size you want - right click on image and copy image address

Flickr app can download images if you need to download it from Flickr
