What areas are good for the 20's and 30's crowd? I know uptown is where it is at but my cheap arse isn't paying $400,000 for a condo.

Are you definitely looking to buy? The M Streets might be good to look at, mostly houses there though, uptown is the shite and if you look hard enough there's are some decently priced townhomes and condos there
