Tigerdroppings.com touchscreen disabled??

I have a Surface Pro 3 and for some reason touchscreen seems to be disabled in Chrome for both scrolling and linking. Pages take longer to load than other sites as well.
Anybody know what the issue might be? I don't have a touchscreen issue with any other site.

I was going to post using touch and not the keyboard to be a smartass but my touchscreen keyboard didn't come up. Never noticed this. Works on my phjone though.
