Is it Ok to post a willingness to but tickets for MORE than Face Value? For Example, I want to buy sideline seats for the LSU Auburn game and I'm willing to pay up to $350 per ticket.

Yes. Happens all the time for important games (Bama, Auburn , A&M, etc...).
You may have the usual "Get em for $20 day of the game" crowd berate you, but you will not be breaking any rules.
