The "link" button is backwards

When I'm typing a post, and want to hyperlink something, the intuitive thing to do is to highlight the word that I just typed that I want to link, click "link," and enter the web address. Instead, when I highlight the word and click link, it only gives me a chance to title the link.

The dialog box that should pop up when I highlight something and click "link" should be the "Enter a valid URL: (must include LINK ; box rather than the "Enter your link title" box.
