TD needs a Weather Board

Tigerdroppings needs a weather board for weather enthusiasts and storm chasers to talk about severe weather outbreaks, hurricanes, and winter weather.

This is predominantly a sports site. The mega-threads for 5-6 instances a year is plenty sufficient.
