bumping this thread. I have been having this problem for a couple years at least. It is ONLY on Chrome AND Tigerdroppings. There is a bug in the compatability between the two.

Hello Chicken. Device is a Chromebook laptop. It's probably five years old. I hate this thing EXCEPT is has a very clear and super sharp screen. I watch a lot of games on here. But as far as the error issue, I will get dozens in a day and then they may go away for a couple weeks or so and come back. Over the last couple years, I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say the "pages unresponsive" message has happened thousands of times.
