Something needs to be done for House of Cards threads...

really, we need one thread with a link to a thread on each individual episode (with those threads being anchored), just like we had for Arrested Development S4 on Netflix. There's no other way to discuss it without it being a mess, and it's a very popular show. I'm down for doing it all once I wake up, but I'm going to leave it to the mods as to whether it's kosher or not.
