Guy in the Quarter I know on the corner of Royal and Conti that does pretty good work for cheap but he only takes cash and you have to pay up front. Just go to the intersection and ask the nearest person standing around for a guy named Snake.

Oh yeah, bring some extra cash for the pain pills. They're worth it, believe me.
