Normally you would ask something like this on the Help Board. But to answer your question, you can delete the contents of the post, but you cannot delete the post itself on your own. You can click the "request admin" button under your post and select "no longer needed", and maybe an admin will delete it.

I’d be pretty ashamed of that Darius Rucker thread too if I was you. He’s horrible
