Hoping that someone will want to take a shot at this. Here's what I would like:
(1) A profile drawing of Donald Trump. I would like to simply have a few brush strokes. I saw something like this a few months ago, but I cant find it now.
(2) Below the profile drawing, I would like to have the following statement: #He'sWithUS
(3) Since the last two letters are "US," I would like to have those letters colored red, white, and blue.
If anybody wants to take a stab at that, I would appreciate it.

I left the apostrophe out on purpose, it doesn't really flow (to me) with hashtag links.

PS - Ashman, if you see this; would you mind taking the apostrophe out of 'He's'? I know I asked for it that way, but soccerfut is right. I think it looks better w/o it.
