Recruiting Board - Sticky Threads

Chicken, can we please get the individual recruiting threads back stickied on the Recruiting Board? It was really nice and convenient to see when a thread was updated with new information.
Now, the threads are barely being updated, because no one is checking them and going through the hoops to get to the actual thread.
Please reconsider this.
