Posting Links, Pics and quotes from IPad/Google Chrome

whenever I click on the link, Image or quote button, the pop up box comes up, but it basically freezes everything from there... I tap on it to paste the link, but the cursor or the "paste" button won't come up. The cancel button won't work, and I can't even close the tab on Google Chrome. I essentially have to restart my iPad to get out of it. This has been an ongoing problem for a few weeks. Has this happened to anyone? How should I remedy?

Use Safari

I've been having problems with Safari as well. If you click any of those buttons when you are brought the the page, it times out and brings you back to your home screen. If you bring Safari back up, all the information you typed in is gone.
So there's really no way to use more than one of those buttons at a time for a post.
