Pop up when I opened TD

I think I clicked accept thinking it was a cookie tracker on other sites and not really paying attention. Could it have been something else? It had 2 options. I’ve never seen anything on TD like it.

I could also be wrong about everything above and the only problem you will have is more banner ads popping up on the sites you visit for the company whose ad you clicked on.
