Pages loading really slow on phone b/c of ads

Over the past few weeks, when I look at TD in desktop mode on my phone, the ads have been making every page load frustratingly slow. They cause it to jump all around 3 times after the initial TD page info loads. I can scroll, and when I am about to click a link, the page just jumps to where it previously was causing me to click the wrong links. I checked this morning, and my internet speed is 30/18, so that isn't the problem.
It hadn't done it for like a year before this. Can yall work on it so it is not jumping everywhere when I try to scroll?
