Page load time getting really excessive on TD

Anybody else having problems with page loading time. It seems to be the ads that are holding everything up. I am seeing 30 - 60 sec load times now every time I move to another screen.
I surf many other sites without this problem. Any suggestions?

Laptop. Toshiba Satellite with 4GB RAM.
My iphone is a little better. I figure my iphone speed is largely due to my cell signal strength and lack of wifi when I am on it.
I also log on at work on a big corporate network with mega security and TD is better on it but still can be cumbersome.
