OP changes image, but Facebook still showing original image

Wonder if anyone might know why? The thread is the this one.
The OP had an image up showing some names and contact info. I asked him to change this, because when setting up a Facebook posting, the image was confusing. I contacted the OP and he changed the image. So I went back to the Facebook link, and it still shows the original image in the Facebook posting. Any reason you know why this would still do this? I cleared the cache on my device(s) and still it shows the old image he replaced.

it is either a caching issue or facebook automatically grabs an image for each post & saves that image in it's own media library
I think it is the 2nd issue
when you do a facebook post; an image is grabbed and saved; so changing the photo or image in the source URL won't affect the saved facebook image tied to the original post
the only way to change it is to delete the facebook post & then re-submit that post
the new image will be grabbed & saved if you do that
