Not being able to type in the text box on TD mobile when trying to quote

Also not being able to type on desktop version sometimes in chrome. Its like u click in the box and no blinking cursor appears and you cant type anything. Seems to be tied to the quote button. Using chrome browser on mobile as well. Am i the only one that has been having these issues lately?
With the quote thing what i mean is ill paste a quote and itll show up but then when i click the box to type my response to the quote the keyboard doesnt even pull up on my phone. So i assume it's the same issue as not getting a cursor when clicking in the box on desktop
