Mississippi flag as an avatar?

would it be against the rules If I used my state's flag as my avatar? (due to the confederate flag)

What was wrong with the poli board thread 
You only questioned the capitalization of Hussein....not the letter or his content. Just the middle name.

You can use it, but the Admins will remove it and leave you a message suggesting you to refrain from doing it again.

From the Guidelines/FAQ.
I understand this is a state flag and I am by no means an admin to grant you this, but I do give you permission to use the Mississippi State Flag as your avaitor but I would wait for an admin to approve the use as your avatar.
