Lots of random issues the past few days

Weird things are going on with the site for me. When I click from page to page, I am taken to the bottom of the page instead of the top.
When I first get on the site, The tabs on the side do not seem active. As I place my cursor over them, they do not seem to be links. Once I click on one, it takes about 10 seconds then goes to the selected page. Never had that before.
I am on desktop, Mac using safari..... No changes to my computer in the past 6 months.
