Link not working in post on the Tech Board

Made a request for Admin just now. Link not working. Getting a message: 404 - File or directory not found
I checked the address three times, then typed into a web browser and the address is correct, but it won't work on TD.

your url did not include the "ht tp://" on the front...but don't bother editing because I deleted your post because of

Would probably have been better to state,
