Latest phone complaint- Double-click ads getting more aggressive.

I'm using a Samsung S22 Ultra, with Chrome.
Yesterday I started having double-click ads open new tabs as I tried to scroll. Happened 3 times, after the first I made sure I didn't accidentally tap the bottom of the screen. It was happening as I tried to swipe down. Acted like an invisible overlay ad, just kept popping over.
