Jump to end of post icon not showing on iPhone

Ever since the upgrade, the jump to the end of post icon does not show on my iPhone. I am using the Safari browser on iPhone. Anyone have any ideas? I am talking about the icon in the photo below that is after the page numbers.

As I understand it, this is intended behavior (due to available screen real estate).
Under Account Settings, there is an option for Show "last page read" icon, but it indicates Desktop Only.
That setting isn't available on Mobile.
