Issue in dark mode when attempting to report a post

I tried to report a post I made on the MTV Board that ended up being a duplicate topic someone else has posted. LINK

I clicked "report post" and then selected "post no longer needed" and hit the "request' button, but it the page never moved forward to a verification that my report was received. I may have made multiple duplicate reports for this thread, or I may not have made any reports at all. I'm not sure. Either way, from the user perspective it appears this is not functioning correctly.
