Is TD mobile this small for everyone today?

Looks like you're in desktop mode. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click the link in the center that says "mobile".

Home page looks fine. It's just the boards and threads that are tiny.
Update: Reset my DPI and it's back to normal. Not sure why it started effecting only those pages all of a sudden.

Maybe if you let a real admin, such as circus child, handle admin business you wouldn't look so dumb in this thread
