Internet issues, I can't get this computer to access the internet.

I tried to download software in order to use pirate bay and now I can't get on the internet. Can someone help me?

You recently installed new software. Remove it and report back.

I ended up restarting it back to factory. It is working now. The windows 8.1 operating system sucks, I am thinking about installing windows 7.

Just install start menu 8 by iobit and it'll work just like W7
