Intermittent service issues

Just want to throw out there that I have having issues connecting to the site, with the screen either saying it can't load or redirecting to IIS.
DNS issue?
I don't see any posts on it so it literally might be just me but Thought I'd say something in case its survivor bias: the people it effects can't post.
Changed nothing on my side of the set up, same browser and connection.

You normally go 16 hours without food and only eat 8 hours.
