Insane ad on mobile

I have this insanely large add popping up everytime I sign in on my mobile. I cannot close it out either because the X is hidden beneath the screen and I can't scroll to it. It's also slowing down the browser to a snails pace.

Same thin on my iPad. Damn. Things won't go away. Can't read the board. I'm assuming admin doesn't want us on the board. I have no choice but to avoid the site,
