I keep getting a bogus pop up saying “Flash player is out of date”

I only get it on TD. It doesn’t happen on any other website.
I’ve run all the protection programs I have, I’ve cleared my history, no adware was found but it keeps happening, over and over. I barely have time to see the actual website before the pop up shows up again.
Have there been any issues recently with the TD servers? That’s all I can think of that might be causing it.
Again, it’s only on tiger droppings. Specifically the rant.

What OS and browser? Thanks

I’m on a Mac.
The browser is Safari, OS X El Capitan
Ver. 10.11.6
It did it again when I tried to reply just now. I’m typing this on my phone.
Edit: I think I’ve narrowed down the issue. It’s not a pop up, it’s a redirect to another page but it does say “flash player is out of date” but sometimes it’ll say something else like Norton is out of date.
The second the redirect starts, I stopped the page from loading and I looked at the address in the address bar. I then looked for that address in the cookie list.
I found 4 redirect addresses and removed them.
To see if my idea held any water, I went back to the rant and got the redirects again.
So I repeated the step where I looked for the addresses in the cookie list and sure enough, they were all back and I had just removed them seconds before.
It sure seems like it’s coming from tiger droppings. I’m guessing it’s associated with some of the advertisements.
I don’t know if this will help but the name of the cookies that I removed are:
Powerrangers.com (I’m not making that up. That’s the name of it)
playercodesystems.com
Kelongar.com
Medousa-nar.com
saaviwk.site
These are all cookies and I’ve run the adware detector and protection software numerous times and it continues to not find any malicious software.
It has to be associated with some of the advertisements

It appears that whatever advertisement had some malicious cookies has been removed from the TD website.
No more redirects now. I've switched from the rant to the food and drink board, the OT, no more redirects and I've done nothing on my end.
Thank you for fixing whatever the issue was.
